Below are the Waiver Forms for ALL Lake County Off Road Members:

In order to ride at our events, at Pine Lake Raceway and Trails, you must be a member.  As a member, when you sign up for an event, during the checkout process, you will be required to check the box that says you acknowledge the waiver form(s) below for an Adult and/or Minor participant. The participant can be a driver, passenger, or spectator.  You are welcome to click on the appropriate link below to view the form. As a private club, we are no longer required to have our members complete this form for every event, as long as you're a member, you're covered. This waiver is good for as long as your membership remains current and in good standing.  Remember, you do not need to print these forms to attend our events, just view and acknowledge. Thank you for your participation.
